Munay-Ki Nine Rites
Begin November 14, 2010
The Munay-Ki fire ceremony is used to anchor, germinate, nurture, feed and grow the energetic seeds of transformation and harmony planted with the transmission of each Rite. These Fires can be either community events or a private practice. The Munay-Ki Rites are a "give away" from spirit to humanity. We are honored to pass these rites on to you at any of our fire ceremonies. The Rites are offered free of charge.
I am honored to offer Mentoring, Coaching and classes in the Munay-Ki Nine Rites. I gift the Rites and then teach you how to pass these transmission on. You have a part to play in creating the great planetary shift.
The Nine Rites of the Munay-Ki training
begins with two Foundation Classes: These courses prepares the student
to receive and transmit the first three Munay-Ki Rites, The Healer’s
Rite, The Bands of Power and The Harmony Rites. You begin your
spiritual and physical journey to become an Earthkeeper.
1st CLASS GATHERING: Day one. You are introduced to the Shamanic
Journey. Learn and review basic journey skills. Munay-Ki background and
history. Preparation to receive the rites. How to create and hold
sacred space. Receive and learn to transmit the Healer’s Rite.
2nd CLASS GATHERING: Day two. You will receive the first two Foundation
Rites; The Bands of Power and Harmony Rites. You will be taught how to
transmit the foundation rites and will transmit them to your classmates.
We provide ample mentoring and time to work with these new energies and
incorporate them into your field. We walk you through the teaching
methods with plenty of practice sessions so you are comfortable and
well prepared to pass on these rites.
You will be introduced to ceremony that creates and holds sacred space
on a group and personal level. The class is a mix of lecture and
discussion, combined with some meditation, journey-work, the
transmission of the rites, and ceremony that help you anchor the rites
and grow them within.
3 rd CLASS GATHERING: Day three continues The Foundation Rites and
returns to the Lineage Rites. This course prepares the student to
receive and to transmit the next two Munay-Ki Rites: The Seers’ Rite and
The Daykeeper’s Rite.
4th CLASS GATHERING: Day four continues The Lineage Rites. This course
prepares the student to receive and to transmit the next two Munay-Ki
Rites: The Wisdomkeeper’s Rite and The Earthkeeper’s Rite.
5th CLASS GATHERING: Day five concludes our journey of initiation by
immersing ourselves in The Starkeeper’s Rite and the Creator Rite. You
will continue your spiritual and physical journey to become an
Earthkeeper; to become a Homo-Luminous being.
You will receive the lineage rites. You will be taught how to transmit
the lineage rites and will transmit them to your classmates. We provide
ample mentoring and time to work with these new energies and incorporate
them into your field.

Begins January, 2011
WALKING THE RAINBOW BRIDGE is a 12-month, non-residential training of experiential and initiatory processes for those who are committed to being a healing presence in the world. Within a safe and sacred community we will explore a path of Awakening, Initiation and Empowerment through universal shamanic practices of direct engagement with Spirit.
We will use Core Shamanism to build a base practice and incorporate other traditions to span the many worlds of global spiritual healing to strengthen this base. In order to span the void, a bridge must have deep foundations of support from both ends. One foundation to be deeply rooted in this Earth, honoring all Life; the other a deep, powerful pillar built upon an active connection to the world of Spirit. We will work together to open ourselves and embody a portal or conduit for Spirit to flow into this Earth and manifest change.
THE TRAINING INCLUDES: Shamanic Journeying to the Upper, Lower and Middle Worlds; Building strong and trusting alliances with one's own Power Animals and Teachers; Ethical considerations; Working with Spirits of Nature; Creating ritual; Psycho-pomp and after-life related work (Death & Dying); Working with the Spirits of the Ancestors and Descendants; Shamanism and Divination; Medicine for the Earth and Healing with Spiritual Light; Creation of community and techniques for personal healing.

You must be committed to meeting once a month, plus One 3-day residential retreat weekend (TBA). Classes are January 2011 through December 2011. We will meet on the 1st Saturday of each month, except holidays, when we will move to meeting the following week.

MEDICINE FOR THE EARTH 2-DAY GATHERING

During this gathering we will create a sacred space in which miracles are possible. Using a powerful combination of journeywork and ceremony, our work will focus on transmuting not only physical toxins in the environment, but also emotional and mental toxins that create harm.
This work explores our divine nature and our role as co-creators of our world and teaches how to transform personal and environmental pollution by learning how to transmute negative beliefs, attitudes, and energy which is generated by emotions. The process continues with learning how to work in cooperation with helping spirits and the spirits of the land as well as getting in touch with our own internal divine nature to create healing and transmutation.
Participants will also take part in a ceremony to transmute water and other substances which will illustrate how the principle of harmony within creates harmony without. The training includes learning about working in cooperation with all the elements earth, water, air, fire. Other key elements and spiritual practices will also be explored which can be easily incorporated into daily life. These methods are necessary and helpful for transforming and transmuting environmental and personal toxins. In addition to the ceremony working with polluted water, long distance work will also be done, there will be a ceremony with fire, and an additional ceremony designed to transmute planetary problems. The great power of visioning will be explored and there will be a powerful ceremony with fire used to manifest visions. The work done as a group in collaboration with community and the spirits is truly a life transforming experience.
Prerequisite: There are no workshops required for this training. Experience with shamanic journeying is suggested. Our healing methods must be updated to deal with modern day illness as the causes of illness today are different than ancient times, So much of the illnesses we see today such as the epidemic rate of cancer and the increase in immune deficiency problems are a direct result of the many forms of toxic pollution (biological, chemical, electromagnetic and emotional) in our environment.
The Center For Shamanic Healing incorporates emerging healing modalities with traditional shamanic wisdom. Our goal is to allow our clients and students to find their own path to wholeness.
